Thank you to everyone who has already updated their details, either through HotDoc or by completing the paper form at our clinic – your time and effort are appreciated.
If you’ve already completed the form and receive another prompt from HotDoc, you can simply disregard it.
If you haven’t updated your details yet, here’s a quick overview of what to expect.
Our new medical software includes exciting features designed to enhance your experience, such as a more comprehensive online booking process and improved communication options. To get the most out of these updates, it’s important that your details and consents are accurate, as we know they can change over time. Keeping them up to date ensures that we can communicate with you via SMS and email to help manage your health.

Electronically via HotDoc when booking an appointment
In person at your next visit with a paper form and assistance from our team
We know updating details can take a little time, and we really appreciate your effort - it really does helps us provide you with the accurate and quality care.
As part of this update, you’ll also have the option to register for MyMedicare, a voluntary program that strengthens your connection with your general practitioner (GP) and primary care team. Benefits of registering include:

Access to longer Medicare-funded telehealth consultations (if you're eligible)
