Patient Satisfaction Survey Results

We would like to sincerely thank our patients who recently took the time to provide feedback as part of our Insync Voice of the Patient Satisfaction Survey.
The results were very positive, with many patients sharing kind feedback about their experience and saying they would recommend our practice to family and friends.
We were especially pleased to receive strong feedback about:
Our staff being helpful
The cleanliness of our clinic
Privacy and confidentiality
Feeling respected, listened to, and cared for
Teamwork between staff and health providers
This feedback means a lot to us and reflects the care and effort our team puts into supporting patients each day.
The survey also helped highlight areas where we can continue to improve. Some patients told us that appointment waiting times, getting an appointment when needed, and finding a time that suits them can sometimes be difficult.
We understand how important this is. When you need care, we want the process of booking and attending an appointment to be as smooth and convenient as possible.
As part of our ongoing improvement work, we will be reviewing:
How we manage appointment availability
How appointments are structured
How we can better support patients to access the right care at the right time
How our booking systems and communication can be made clearer and easier to follow
