We are very pleased to welcome Dr Patricia Montanaro to Signal Health Tusmore. Dr Montanaro will be starting with us on Monday the 29th of September.


Dr Montanaro is a very experienced and dedicated general practitioner who believes in achieving good patient health outcomes with compassion and a familiar, friendly face. She has been a proud GP for over 30 years and has cared for many extended families across four generations. She has a breadth of experience across all areas of general practice - from paediatrics to palliative care, acute to chronic conditions - with a particular focus on preventive care.


Consulting Times


Dr Montanaro will be consulting at Tusmore on:

  • Mondays

  • Tuesdays afternoons (Telehealth)

  • Wednesdays

  • Thursdays

  • Friday afternoons

If you were a patient of Dr Montanaro at her previous practice and would like your medical records transferred to Signal Health Tusmore, please complete our Transfer of Medical Records Form and return it to us. You can download it here:

Once we receive your form, we will contact your previous practice to arrange the transfer of your health information.

Please note: some practices charge a fee to process and transfer medical records. This fee is set by your previous practice.

Getting to Signal Health Tusmore


Directions:

  • Address: 350 Portrush Road, Tusmore SA 5065

  • From Payneham (towards Burnside Shopping Centre): Head south along Portrush Road. After crossing Kensington Road, the practice will be on your left-hand side (before Greenhill Road).

  • From Burnside Shopping Centre (towards Payneham): Head north along Portrush Road. Just after you pass Greenhill Road, the practice will be on your right-hand side (before Kensington Road).



Important Information:

  • Free parking is available on site. Please enter the car park via Barr Smith Street.

  • Portrush Road can be particularly busy during school drop-off and pick-up times. Please allow extra time to get to us if traveling during these periods.

  • The nearest bus stop is Stop 9 (Portrush Rd / Stirling St – East side, Tusmore), located about 100 metres from our practice.
