Our Upcoming Accreditation

  • 1 min read

Our practice will soon be taking part in an accreditation assessment. This is a process that all accredited practices go through every three years.

Appointments and usual practice services will continue during the accreditation assessment. You do not need to do anything differently when attending our practice.

Accreditation is an important process that helps ensure our practice is meeting national standards for safety, quality, and patient care. It allows us to review how we operate, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we continue to provide a safe and high-quality service to our patients.

As part of the assessment, independent assessors will be on site at the practice. They will review our systems and processes, speak with members of our team, and observe how the practice operates on the day.

You may notice signs around the practice during this time, and there may be minor delays while the assessment is taking place. We will do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Patients may also be asked to provide feedback about their experience at the practice. This feedback is voluntary and helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve.

If you have any questions about accreditation or what it means for you as a patient, please speak with one of our reception team members.

Thank you for your support as we continue working to improve the care we provide to our patients.
